Applicability and Acceptance

These General Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase of an admission ticket for a Diepgang event. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the site, the visitor fully, expressly and irrevocably accepts these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are binding upon every natural person attending (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”).

Tickets and Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of Tickets. All ticket sales are final and cannot be cancelled or revoked.

Identity Checks and Age Requirement

The Organiser reserves the right to carry out identity checks at the entrance of the venue. Only a valid identity card, passport or driving licence will be accepted. Copies are not accepted. The minimum age for entry is 18 years. No exceptions will be made.
 

Programme and Line-Up

Changes to the programme, line-up, set times, stages or other components do not entitle Visitors to any refund or compensation. The Organiser reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close parts of the venue if required for safety, technical or organisational reasons.

Cancellation and Force Majeure

Weather conditions do not entitle Visitors to a refund. If the event is cancelled due to Force Majeure, the Organiser may, at its discretion, offer a voucher or refund the face value of the Ticket. Service fees and transaction costs are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for reasons other than Force Majeure, liability is limited to the face value of the Ticket. No compensation is granted for indirect damages including travel or accommodation costs.

Liability

Visitors attend the event at their own risk. The Organiser is only liable for direct damages exclusively caused by proven gross negligence. The Organiser is not liable for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings. Use of official parking areas is entirely at the Visitor’s own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for damage, theft or incidents occurring in parking zones.

Code of Conduct

Diepgang organizes events where respect and safety are central. Aggressive behaviour, violence, harassment, discrimination, racism, political symbols, extremist expressions and hate speech are strictly prohibited. Possession, use or dealing of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. The events apply a zero-tolerance drug policy. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and possible police involvement. Entering restricted areas, climbing structures, crowd surfing and stage diving are prohibited.

Security Checks

By entering the event, Visitors accept security checks including bag inspections and lawful searches. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

Image Rights and Camera Surveillance

Please note: Photo and video recordings will be made during this event.

By entering the event grounds, you acknowledge that visual material will be recorded in which you may be visible.

What will we use these images for?

The organization uses these recordings for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and possibly in printed materials to promote future editions.

Your privacy

We respect your privacy. For atmospheric images and overview photos, where people are not the main subject or are only incidentally visible, we rely on our legitimate interest for marketing purposes. For targeted close-ups, the photographer will ask for your consent where possible.

Want to object?

Would you prefer not to be photographed? Please inform the photographer or camera operator directly. If you later see a photo of yourself that you would rather have removed, please send an email to info@diepgang-events.be with a description of, or link to, the photo, and we will remove it as soon as possible.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels.
